Vincenzo Iozzo is a good friend of the Risorto Family and is now the 3rd generation of his own family that are passionate about cured meats and the Calabrian recipes.

All our Iozzo products are delivered vacuum packed direct to us from Chiaravalle Centrale in Calabria. This ensure freshness and seals the quality which Vincenzo works hard to protect.

We are proud to have been chosen as importers if these wonderful meats for the UK market and can also supply larger quantities although this would need to be pre-ordered.
